Attestation issuance is for issuers and advanced integrators. Scripts default to dry-run and devnet; live execution requires an explicit flag.
- Create or load the issuer credential.
- Register the relevant SAS template on devnet.
- Compute the record content hash locally.
- Validate the payload against the template privacy rules.
- Issue with
--executeonly after reviewing the printed payload.
